Neon Drift Club
★★★★☆ 4.2
Neon Drift Club is pure arcade joy. You slide neon cars around night-city tracks, chaining drifts for boost, and the whole thing runs on a thumping soundtrack that made me race longer than planned. It's all feel — no sim nonsense, just the perfect drift angle.
Controls are two-touch: one side to steer, tap to drift. It takes a couple races to find the rhythm, then the flow kicks in. Tracks loop and twist in ways that reward memorizing them, and the ghost-car time trials got genuinely competitive among the team.
Car unlocks are mostly cosmetic, which I appreciated — handling stays consistent so skill does the talking. A short career mode is the only weak point; I wanted more tracks.
What we liked
- Buttery drift controls with real flow
- Killer synthwave soundtrack
- Fair, mostly cosmetic unlocks
